Not a problem. When you restart your computer and start a new backup it will resume from where it left off within a couple of minutes. The application only backs up new or changed data in your backup selection, therefore it won't keep backing up the same files over and over.
When you do begin a new backup process the application will run through the whole backup selection to check for updates to files, if there aren't any changes it will speed through the checking process very quickly.
